Actress-fashion influencer Heart Evangelista reposted an old photo of herself wearing a hot dog costume.
On Monday, July 27, Heart shared the 2023 photo on her Instagram Story, showing her in the costume inside a grocery store.
The post was accompanied by missrosevalentina’s “Video Games” as background music.
Heart posted it ahead of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s penultimate State of the Nation Address (SONA), which she did not attend.
The photo was taken from her TikTok video, in which she paraded around costume like a runway model, complete with a twirl and a pose.
“Maybe if I dressed this way, ‘they’ wouldn’t bother me…” she wrote in 2023, accompanied by a white heart emoji.

The photo was reportedly from Heart’s first TikTok post at the time, after she said an alleged “shadow ban” on her content had ended.
During that period, the influencer also made headlines over her falling out with members of her glam team.
Meanwhile, Heart has long been among the standout personalities at the SONA, often drawing attention for her fashion choices as she walks the red carpet with her husband, Sen. Chiz Escudero.
Last year, she opted for understated elegance, wearing a white Filipiniana gown with wave-like patterns.
This year, Heart did not attend the Senate’s opening session for the 20th Congress and was also absent from the SONA, which she has regularly attended in previous years.
Escudero was spotted arriving at the Batasang Pambansa with Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, whose wife, actress Sharon Cuneta, was also absent from the SONA.
