Kapamilya actress Alexa Ilacad shared that she is still thrilled by the compliments she received for her impersonation of American singer-songwriter Chappell Roan on the reality competition “Your Face Sounds Familiar.”
“I’m over the moon. It’s been almost a week and is still viral,” she said during Uniqlo’s 2025 Fall/Winter Bra Top event.
“I did not think about that at all. I did not see that coming. I just feel so fulfilled,” she added.
The actress said she was “touched” by the outpouring of appreciation for her performance.
“People say that they’re so happy that I’m finally getting my flowers and sobrang touched na touched ako dito,” she said.
According to the actress, she is also grateful for the reality competition show, saying, “It’s another avenue for me to show what I can do.”
“Your Face Sounds Familiar” is a reality competition show on ABS-CBN where contestants impersonate local and international music icons. Its latest season premiered on October 4.
In the first episode, Alexa performed Chappell’s “Pink Pony Club.” The global music artist is also known for hits like “Good Luck, Babe!” and “Hot to Go!”
Alexa’s glam was done by renowned professional makeup artist and influencer Hajie Alejandro.
Online users praised Alexa for her impressive impersonation of the pop star.

Celebrities such as Bianca Gonzalez, her love team partner and boyfriend KD Estrada, and Ivana Alawi also expressed their admiration for the actress through comments on Alexa’s Instagram post.

Alexa has starred in Filipino films and series such as “Four Sisters Before the Wedding” and “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso.” She also joined “Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10” and recently hosted the show’s “Celebrity Collab edition.”
She was also introduced as a new local celebrity partner of Uniqlo, the Japanese clothing brand.
