“Your Pinoy humor is coming through!”
This was the comment of some Instagram users to a video of Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel promoting the coronation night of Miss Universe Philippines 2024 which she is hosting.
The Filipino-American beauty queen used a meme of a woman sliding in mud and reenacted it to catch the attention of her followers.
“Ruined my back for this… so you better come see me host Miss Universe Philippines Finals night tomorrow,” she wrote on May 21.
In the video, R’Bonney completed the meme content of the woman sliding and proceeded to deliver her spiel.
“Miss Universe Philippines coronation night, May 22nd. I’m hosting and I better see you there,” she said.
The beauty queen then begins to stand from her position.
“Tulungan mo ako,” she said, offering her hand to an unseen individual.
