Actress Liza Soberano was described by Filipino-American “Blue’s Clues” host Josh Dela Cruz as “one of the nicest people” he has ever met.

The California-born Filipina actress attended the 50th anniversary gala of the Search To Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) organization as the United States celebrates Filipino American History Month in October.

SIPA is a non-profit org serving Historic Filipinotown and other neighborhoods throughout Greater Los Angeles County.

It produces programs for youth and families, including case management and counseling, after-school programs, senior programs, small business development, cultural enrichment and affordable housing.

Josh was one of the hosts of its golden anniversary gala held in Los Angeles on October 15, along with former actress Giselle “G” Töngi.

Liza shared a clip of herself attending the gala and then a picture taken with him.
