An all-female Pinoy pop group earned the affection of fans of a Korean boy group for their dance cover of one of their hit songs.

BINI, an eight-member female group, covered Enhypen‘s “Fever” in an episode of ABS-CBN’s noontime show “ASAP Natin ‘To” on September 11.

A video clip of it was uploaded on the Twitter account of “ASAP Natin ‘To.”

The full fan cam version of it or footage that was recorded from the audience side was uploaded via BINI’s official Facebook page.

Enhypen, meanwhile, is an award-winning South Korean boy group that debuted in 2020 under Belift Lab.

The group comprises seven members—Heesung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon and Ni-ki.

“Fever” is one of the songs in their sophomore mini album “BORDER: CARNIVAL.”

BINI’s fans, collectively called “Bloom”, gushed over their favorite group’s dance cover of the Kpop song on social media.

Fan page “Bloom Philippines” managed to obtain a copy of the full version of it from the episode and share it on the platform.

The video soon caught the attention of local social media, even those who are not fans of the girls.

It has garnered more than 33,000 reactions and 550,000 views so far.

The comments section was mostly filled with praise for the dance cover.

Others also cheered for the camerawork of the show.

“Kudos to the cameraman,” one user said.

“Satisfying huhu. The camera works and BINI themselves mga madam talaga,” another user said.

“Grabe camera works improvement ng ASAP,” another user commented.

Enhypen’s fans, collectively called ENGENE, also saw BINI’s performance of “Fever.”

They were similarly awestruck by the girl group’s dance skills.

They also applauded BINI for “giving justice” to the original song and its choreography.

Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna and Sheena comprise BINI. They debuted in 2021 under ABS-CBN.

Despite being relatively new to the local music scene, they have already gained some attention overseas.

They landed a feature on Rolling Stone as a “Rising New Artist” in Spotify’s 2022 Radar program.

Moreover, they have also scored a digital billboard at Time Square in New York City in the United States.

BINI previously performed in a charity event for stray pets called “Pawchella” which was organized by the non-profit organization Pawssion Project.
