The “LizQuen” love team chanted the trademark cheers of two schools involved in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines in light of their upcoming movie where they play the role of college students.
Motion picture company Black Sheep Productions released videos of Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano doing the cheers days before the premiere of their movie “Alone/Together.”
It is the chants performed by students to show their school spirit and to morally support their respective athletes during the UAAP season.
Soberano performed the chant of the University of Philippines while Gil performed University of Santo Tomas’ chant.
In “Alone/Together,” Soberano plays the role of Christine who takes Art Studies in UP while Gil plays the role of Raf taking Biology in UST.
The movie tells the story of Christine and Raf meeting each other eight years after they met and fall in love during their college years.
