Filipino actor Cesar Montano, a controversial former government official, became a hot topic on social media again after his video greeting to a local political featured an image of a nude woman.

Reports say that the video clip was first posted by a certain Rolando Olando on Facebook, but had since been taken down. Many Filipinos were still able to make copies of it online.

Montano in the recording greeted Councilor Crisanto Morales of the district of Sta. Ana in the city of Manila for his birthday.

When Montano started talking, a woman suddenly appeared in the background. Both Montano and the woman seemed to be unaware that she was included in the frame.

The woman left the frame before Montano finished his message.

It’s not certain if the video was recently shot given that it was not initially shared by the people involved.

As of writing, the identity of the woman is still unknown and Montano had yet to issue a statement.

The lack of authenticity did not deter people on social media to poke fun of Montano being with another woman and showing her off this way.

Witty parody clips of the greeting soon circulated on social media.

Pep.com reported that Montano currently is staying with his new partner, a certain Soccoro “Kath” Angeles, whom he has a child with.

Before he entered government and had marital scandals, Montano was known as a multi-awarded performer, winning Best Actor four times at the Metro Manila Film Festival for his critically acclaimed leading roles in “Jose Rizal,” “Bagong Buwan,” “Panaghoy sa Suba” and “Ligalig.”

Montano also has three daughters with Sunshine Cruz and two sons with an ex-wife. One of them passed away in 2010.

Montano is also the father of Kapamilya actor Diego Loyzaga, with actress Teresa Loyzaga.

Montano, former Tourism Promotions Board chief under the tourism department, had been private in his whereabouts after being plagued by controversies and accusations from his former wife actress Cruz and their three children as well as his colleagues at the Department of Tourism.

His annulment with Cruz was granted on September 18. Marital rape, physical abuse and infidelity were among the complaints linked to him during their marriage.

Montano is also being questioned for a tourism project called “Buhay Carinderia” due to alleged irregular financing to its sponsors.

Employees of the Tourism Promotions Board, meanwhile, filed a complaint against him alleging 24 irregularities as chief, which include nepotism, incompetence and unprofessional behavior.
