MANILA — The Philippine government posted a P6.3 billion ($107 million) budget surplus PHBUD=ECI in October, the Bureau of the Treasury said on Wednesday.
It brought the year-to-date budget deficit to 963.9 billion pesos, versus the 1.017 trillion pesos gap a year ago.
