BSP suspends forex trading for 2nd straight day due to ‘Kristine’

 The Philippine central bank suspended foreign currency trading and monetary operations on Thursday due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (International name:Trami), it announced on social media.

The presidential office has ordered the suspension of government work and classes across the main island of Luzon because of forecasted continuous heavy rainfall due to the tropical storm.
