Philippines cash remittances up 3% to $2.65 billion in February

 Cash remittances sent home by overseas Filipinos rose 3% from a year earlier to $2.65 billion in February, the Philippine central bank said on Monday.

For the first two months of 2024, cash remittances through banks increased 2.8% from a year earlier to $5.48 billion.
