Building connection and network is one of the important things when running and expanding a business.
Given this importance, Business Network International Manila CBD Region is set to stage a one-day conference that “aims to create awareness on the role that networking plays in the development and success of businesses around the world.”
The BNI conference will be led by resource persons and business leaders from different industries.
One of the country’s leading private analysts, Jonas Ravelas, will discuss the macro trends in the Philippines and worldwide, opportunities, and challenges.
Business expert Ricky De Vera will also join the conference to explain the role of collaboration in the new environment.
Among those who are joining the conference are Philstar Media Group executive vice president Lucien Dy Tioco and Unahco vice president for Marketing and Corporate Affairs Edwin Mapanao. They will talk about how to expand the market through collaboration and the importance of partnership with communities.
UnionBank senior vice president Jaypee Soliman, on the other hand, is set to discuss collaboration with small businesses.
During the conference, BNI Franchise Development and Communications director Miguel Lindo will lead the discussion on the “Master Connector” effect which is at the core of BNI’s thrust of “changing the way the world does business”.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear how multi-awarded and successful businessman Robert Yupangco expanded his business through connections and networking. Yupangco is the chiarman of Zooperman and the president of the Zoomanity Group.
The conference dubbed “CONNECT MNL. Connections That Work” will be held at Dusit Thani Manila in Makati City on February 10.
