Attorney Lorenzo “Larry” Gadon is trying to gain publicity on social media through several short clips of him giving “Hindi sila bobo!” shout outs to particular students and groups of people.
The shout outs are referencing the time he shouted the derogatory remark at supporters of former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno during the quo warranto proceedings last April.
Gadon is repeating his catchphrase like a signature tagline and featuring him as the one who now tags people as not stupid. He also makes sure to introduce himself first before making the spiels.
Larry Gadon as a meme
A report said that it started during an event in De La Salle University-Dasmarinas which Gadon had attended on August 25, then immediately turned into a form of challenge video to other schools.

So far, he had since featured several students from Emilio Aguinaldo College in Cavite, Far Eastern University, which he says is his alma mater, and tourism students from the University of Santo Tomas.
Gadon has also done a shout out for graduates of San Beda Law when alumni Attorney Dict Untayao asked him for it.

Not all were amused by his videos and pointed out that this may be a form of propaganda for next year’s senatorial race.
Larry Gadon
Arroyo's legal counsel. Marcos loyalist. The man behind Sereno impeachment complaint. Duterte ass-licker. Ang tunay na BOBO.
Don't let his virality fool you on his plan to destroy the country. pic.twitter.com/nPhJXiebXT

While Gadon has yet to announce his intent to run, this is similar to the rumored candidacy of Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go when various paraphernalia bearing his name, face and slogan appeared across the country.
Go, who had repeatedly declined joining next year’s senatorial race, claimed that such things did not come from him, but was donated by his friends and supporters in the private sector.
Gadon’s past
Gadon first came to the spotlight in 2016 when he made a controversial remark against Muslims in Mindanao during a pre-election interview.
This was his first attempt in seeking the senatorial bid that year. He ran under the Marcos-backed party list Kilusang Bagong Lipunan for his reported loyalty toward late dictator Ferdinand Marcos.
During the interview by GMA News, Gadon vowed to attack and kill all the members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, including their wives and children, if pleading for peace did not work for them.
Such pronouncement earned him his first disbarment case.
He also lost the elections gathering around one million votes.
In 2017, Gadon was one of the petitioners to remove Sereno from office. His impeachment case was the one that progressed and got endorsed to the Senate.
In March 2018, Gadon allegedly made false statements against Sereno during the impeachment hearing, thus receiving another disbarment complaint from lawyer Wilfredo Garrido Jr.
The next month, Gadon was threatened anew with disbarment due to the controversial incident of him hurling expletives and raising the middle finger against Supreme Court protesters in Baguio.
Prior to him being popular, Gadon was a private lawyer and a part of the legal team of House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo back when she was still a president.
