MANILA – Karapatan is appealing to the public for help in finding Benjamin Clamor, father of the human rights group’s deputy secretary general Jigs Clamor.
Benjamin, 85, of Barangka, Marikina, went missing the morning of February 1.
He was wearing a green shirt and black pants.
Mr. Clamor has Diabetes Mellitus Type II and Chronic Kidney Disease, the family said.
