MANILA – The Philippine National Police (PNP) has in its custody a suspected Iraqi terrorist with alleged ties with Middle East extremist groups, including the Hamas.

PNP chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa on Monday presented to the media the suspect Taha Mohamed Al-Jabouri, who was nabbed in Barangay Malabanias, Angeles City in Pampanga on Sunday (January 21) morning.
