The registration for the, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line at www.prc.gov.ph from January 3 to January 9, 2018.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. They should bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), two passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and a short brown envelope.
