LPA to bring rains Friday

MANILA, Philippines — A low pressure area of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur will bring rains over most parts of the country on Friday, September 22, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Administration said.

The Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol, Mindoro, and Romblon will experience cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

Palawan will also experience cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rain showers, mostly in the afternoon or in the evening.
