MANILA, Philippines — An eight-month old baby was found abandoned inside the Cotabato City public cemetery early Thursday morning.
A passing pedicab driver heard crying and found the infant in a grassy section of the cemetery and immediately reported this to city police Station 2, whose personnel took the baby to the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center.
The infant remains in the care of the hospital.
