Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms should be expected over Metro Manila and the Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Bicol, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga and Zamboanga peninsula regions, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorm will prevail over the rest of the country.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the northern and western sections of Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough, Pagasa said.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to west with slight to moderate seas.
