BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — An American has been charged by the National Bureau of Investigation in Bacolod City for uploading sex videos on the internet.

Renoir Baldovino, NBI Bacolod chief, said they filed the complaint for violation of the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act against Lee David Colglazier, 62, before the City Prosecutor’s Office on Saturday, a day after his arrest.

The American is detained at the NBI office.

Colglazier, who arrived in the country on a tourist visa, was arrested at his home in Barangay Taculing after one of his sexual partners complained to the NBI that he had uploaded videos of their sexual encounters.

The woman said the American had paid her for sex.

The NBI-Bacolod obtained a search warrant from Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 Friday morning.

Baldovino said agents found a laptop and mobile phone containing sex videos of the American with both female and male partners.

He added that Colglazier would also be charged for anti-trafficking in persons.
