MANILA – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over most parts of the country on Sunday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Cagayan Valley and Aurora province, however, are expected to have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.
PAGASA said the frontal system continues to affect northern Luzon.
Moderate to strong winds will blow from northeast over northern and central Luzon. Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Light to moderate winds coming from east to northeast will blow over the rest of the archipelago with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
