Right after his weeklong official visit to the Middle East, President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, April 17, went to San Jose, Batangas to attend the wake of 2nd Lt. Estilito Saldua Jr., one of the soldiers killed in the Bohol clash against the Abu Sayyaf. Saldua was posthumously awarded a medal of honor for his heroism.
