Another Filipino contestant moved on to the individual bootcamp of “The X Factor UK.”

And like Alisah Bonaobra, 18-year-old Elysa Villareal, or simply Elysa V, was also given a second chance this week after the four judges disapproved of their group bootcamp performance of Bruno Mars’ “Locked Out of Heaven.”

Unlike Alisah, however, the Filipino-Australian teen sensation did not have to plead for a second chance as she and the rest of her group that consisted of male contestants El’Tee, Brad Howard and Sam Black were sent by judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh to the next individual bootcamp round.

“This is not working, this is a bad song. I’ll tell you what we’re going to do. We’re going to judge this a capella,” Simon declared after stopping the group mid-song.

As Sam Black clearly struggled with the song, judge Nicole Scherzinger encouraged the group to help him out, and Elysa took the lead in the part of the chorus.

After the song, the judges had a long deliberation on who should move to the next round. Then Louis started to address the group.

“This has been so difficult guys because the song didn’t suit you. Some people were better than the others, but you can see [that] we’ve had a really long conversation about everybody. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to give you all a chance,” he added.

Upon hearing the good news, Elysa V gleefully jumped out of excitement and rushed to exchange hugs with the rest of the group.

Before letting them leave the stage, Simon gave them this stern warning. “This is the last pass you get,” he said.

Elysa, a former contestant on “The Voice Australia,” “X Factor Australia” and the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” segment of “It’s Showtime,” is moving to the individual bootcamp audition that will determine if she will advance to the competition’s Six Chair Challenge.

“The X Factor UK” airs first and exclusive on RTL CBS Entertainment same day as the UK on Sundays and Mondays at 10:30am with primetime encores Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00PM.
